“The mission of The Haverstraw Information & Tourism Center is to introduce visitors to the village and all that Haverstraw has to offer, to include: cultures, architecture, restaurants, housing, parks, the Hudson River, and the village’s vast history. The center’s purpose is to acquaint visitors with upcoming events and local businesses.”
The Information Station is excited to be hosting The Creepy Caboose(Oct 26th and 27th 2019), Pictures with Santa(Dec 7th, 8th, 14th, 15th, 21st and 22nd 2019)and Hop Around Haverstraw (April 4th, 5th and 11th 2020) . These events will take place at the Caboose,the hours of the events will be 10:00 am – 3:00 pm. Vendors shall be setup in a 10x30.

A 110-volt outlet is provided at each space. If more power is required vendor should bring a generator that is DEEMED QUIET. A 100-foot extension cord is highly recommended.

A garbage area is on premises but vendors shall bring their own receptacles and bags for disposal

Food Vendors are responsible for acquiring their own Health Department Permits.

Dates for events are final and there are NO rain dates.

1 Day Registration = $25.00 / EITHER

2 Day Registration = $45.00 / BOTH

Fees are due with application there are NO REFUNDS.

Not-for-profit vendors receive a 10% discount. Please provide proof of 501-3c status.
